Welcome to K.A.G.E.D. Tampa Bay's Premiere Event, Party, and Wedding Band.   K.A.G.E.D. a five piece group based in Dover Florida has been performing as a group in the Tampa Bay Area & Beyond since 2003 and brings fun and goodtimes to your parties, events, fundraisers, and weddings with live music from just about all genres of music old and new, including the following:
Rock Oldies Funk Comtemporary Top 40 Classic Rock Country Southern Rock Show Tunes Blues Soul Kinds Of Functions Our song lists contains songs from all of the above styles. & We perform for many different kinds of functions, including:   Weddings   Bull Roasts, Crab Feasts, Pig Roasts & Shrimp Feasts   Yacht & Boat Clubs - Commodore's Balls & Opening Weekends    Corporate parties   High School Reunions & College Reunions   Pool parties   Summer in the Parks concerts   Fund raisers   Birthday parties   Municipal "in-the-streets" festivals   Holiday Parties   Galas, Balls, & Cotillions   Benefits Instrumentation K.A.G.E.D. is a five piece group, consisting of acoustic and electric guitars, bass, keyboards, drums and assorted percussion.   Three of the band members sing both lead as well as backup vocals.  On request in between the band's sets K.A.G.E.D. will provide mixed recorded music ensuring continuous entertainment.  This further enables the band to honor requests for songs that might not be on the band's song list.     Corporate Functions If your business or corporation is throwing a dance or party for clients or employees, and you want the excitement and energy provided by a live band, K.A.G.E.D. is the band for you. Whether you are holding a holiday party, company picnic, or trade show dance/reception, we have just the right music for the occasion.  We will coordinate closely with your activities chairperson to ensure that everything proceeds on schedule. If you have any kind of multimedia presentation going on at the function, we are more than willing to patch your audio feeds into our state of the art PA system for the clearest, cleanest sound. Wintertime holiday parties are a specialty of the band. The band's diverse repertoire promises something for everyone. Due to the overwhelming response from their employees who have such a great time, many of our corporate clients come back to us year after year, so booking early is highly recommended.  The band is always willing to participate fully in "theme" parties, dressing to fit the theme of the party, and working to provide just the right atmosphere your company is looking to present. This can be anything from a beach party luau to a Mardi Gras bash, a Halloween spooktacular to a Fourth of July patriotic theme, or a Christmas Party with Santa Claus.    Wedding Entertainment K.A.G.E.D. is most definitely NOT your typical wedding band!  The band commits itself to making sure that your wedding reception is unique.  There is no "cookie cutter" approach, where every wedding is done the same way.  The band works closely with the bride, groom, parents, and other vendors to ensure that the unique personality of the happy couple shines through. It is this commitment to personalized service that sets K.A.G.E.D. ahead of most entertainment agency or other talent agency bands.   The only thing that is consistent from wedding to wedding is that we guarantee that everyone will have FUN.   Master Of Ceremonies - Introductions Done Right During the course of the wedding reception we will be happy to act as Master of Ceremonies, coordinating events like the bouquet toss, cake cutting, and of course, the introduction of the bridal party.  The proper introduction of the wedding party is a service that K.A.G.E.D. does with professionalism and a commitment to getting things right.   K.A.G.E.D. will go over with you each and every name to be introduced to verify correct pronunciation.     We'll Learn Your Song Just For You In terms of song selection, if there is a special song that you'd like for your wedding first dance that isn't on the band's song list, we will be happy to learn it for you.  The same holds true for any special father / Daughter dance, mother / son dance, or other parent dances, with sufficient advance notice.   Wedding Ceremony Music K.A.G.E.D. and it's individual members, have a limited repertoire of wedding ceremony music in the event that your reception and ceremony are held in the same location.     Other Events & Services Parties, Balls, Cotillions, Feasts, & Roasts K.A.G.E.D. is also one of the Tampa Bay Area's most experienced and versatile bands for private parties, festivals, concerts, galas. balls, cotillions, and more, indoors and out.  Whether your function is large or small,  K.A.G.E.D. has the know how and equipment to handle just about any situation including multi-band/performer events.  Need us to set you up a special microphone for special announcements, drawings, etc.?  We'll work with you, including bringing an addional sound system if needed, just let us know what you think your needs are.   How much does K.A.G.E.D. cost? Basic Rate Please call us for prices as K.A.G.E.D. does not have a flat rate for each performance due to the different requirements and factors related to each specific performance.  Those factors include but are not limited to the size of the event, distance to the event, length of the event, whether or not stage lighting is required, and any other special requirements not in the norm of a typical K.A.G.E.D. performance.  You'll find K.A.G.E.D. is one of the best enterainment values in the Tampa Bay area.   Benefit  Performances  K.A.G.E.D. does occasionally accept benefit engagements for worthwhile programs, charities, municipalities, and service organizations at significantly reduced rates.  Requests are reviewed and handled on a case by case basis based on our availability.  Please contact us or send us an e-mail to with the specifics of your function.   Contract Information K.A.G.E.D. will provide a contract for any performance we book.  This protects both the band and the client.  The contract spells out in detail the who, what, when, where, why, and the how much of each performance.  The contract assures the client  has control over such things as the volume level.  It also spells out any special terms or considerations made with the band such as early arrival, special songs to learn, or other issues that must be addressed.   The contract is straightforward and we will be more than happy to discuss any specific provisions with you, and amendments and addendums to the contract are always considered.  The contract protects everyone against the possibility of misunderstandings.
