K.A.G.E.D. as a group actually started out several years back when three friends, (Kerry, Graham, and Dave), got together to scratch that musical itch. As the years have passed through several reincarnations of players and a couple of name changes the three friends continue to play great music, now as a five piece band by adding Chris (Elmo), on guitar and vocals, and Allan on drums. And naturally the name, as you've already guessed,
spelled out is K... A... G... E... D...
K.A.G.E.D. features three lead singers and anyone of them could front a band all on his own. This allows the group to cover a wide spectrum of music as well as create some sweet harmonies together.
K.A.G.E.D. is just as comfortable playing fundraisers, corporate parties, and weddings, as they are in a lounge because they cover everything from classic rock and blues to country, as well as lots of the new sounds coming out today. They know when to tone it down and when to let the party out.
Remember the Wii guys in the little car saying, "We come to play." That's exactly what we do, you don't come to hear a bunch of cute remarks and lame jokes you come for the music and a good time.
